Pastor Ray was called to serve as Calvary's lead pastor in 1990. Prior to his call to Cobleskill, he served in youth ministry in OK, NY and MA. He is a graduate of Gordon College and Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. Most of her life, Giselle has served the Lord in worship ministry. For the past19 years, she has also been employed as the church's administrative assistant. Pastor Ray and his wife have been married 38 years. They are the parents of four children.

Pastor Cyd has been with the church since 2003 and is currently employed by the church as a counselor & life coach. Pastor Cyd is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors and is board certified by the Board of Christian Life Coaches. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology & Master's Degree in Pastoral Counseling (Marriage & Family Therapy) from Liberty University. She is currently purusing her Doctorate. She has been married to her husband, Bob, for over 30 years. They have one child.

Pastor Mark, and his wife Jeri, began attending Calvary Assembly in 2004. They currently serve as youth and young adult pastors at the church in addition to overseeing our discernment and deliverance ministries.

Pastor Lijo joined the staff at Calvary in October 2024 as Associate Pastor. In this role, he will assist in strategic planning and family ministry as well as oversee Calvary's Next Gen ministries. He earned his BA in Biblical Studies with a minor in Children's Ministry from Northpoint Bible College and an MA in Pastoral Counseling in Marriage and Family from Liberty University. Prior to coming to Calvary, he served in Children's Ministry for over a decade in CT and NY. He is married to Princy and they have two children.
